How High5 Education Works
Welcome to High5 Education. We provide online tutoring in Math, English, and Science to help students improve their skills, confidence, and academic performance.
Parents will receive an email from High5 Education with access to the Student/Parent Portal. In the portal, parents can enter their details and their child's information so High5 Education can organise each student's learning profile and schedule. If a parent is enrolling more than one child, separate emails may be sent for each child because every student has their own learning record and schedule in the system.
Step 1 – Create Your Student Account
Click the Sign-Up button in the email to create your account in the Student/Parent Portal.

Step 2 – Consultation
Our team will contact the parent to briefly discuss the child's learning needs and explain how the tutoring program works.
Step 3 – Parent Orientation
Parents will receive an overview of the tutoring process, expectations, and how lessons are delivered. During this stage, parents may also be introduced to the teachers assigned to their children.
Step 4 – Diagnostic Assessment
High5 Education conducts a diagnostic assessment to understand the student's current learning level and identify areas where support is needed.
Step 5 – Start Tutoring
The student begins a personalised tutoring program designed to build confidence, improve skills, and support academic progress.
If parents have questions regarding enrolment, schedules, or tutoring, they can contact the High5 Education support team.
Student & Parent Portal Access
Parents and students can securely access their learning dashboard, schedules, and progress through our online portal. This allows families to stay updated and engaged with their child's learning journey.
