• Parent (Adult) short courses including literacy and numeracy programs
• Digital skills training and professional development courses
• One-on-one tutoring with dedicated educational professionals

1.2 Service Delivery

Our services are delivered primarily through online platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

1.3 Tutor Assignment

We assign dedicated tutors based on subject expertise, availability, and student needs. While we strive to maintain consistent tutor-student relationships, we may reassign tutors when necessary for educational or operational reasons.

2.1 Course Fees

Course fees are clearly displayed during enrollment and must be paid in full before course access is granted. Prices may vary based on course duration, complexity, and tutoring requirements.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PayPal payments
• Bank transfers (for corporate clients)
• Payment plans (available for select courses)

2.3 Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available within 14 days of course start date if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

Partial Refund: Available up to 30 days from course start, calculated based on unused course content and tutoring sessions.

No Refund: After 30 days or if more than 75% of course content has been accessed.

2.4 Late Payments

For payment plan arrangements, late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and tutoring sessions until payment is current.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Appropriate Use

Users must:

• Treat tutors and staff with respect and professionalism
• Attend scheduled tutoring sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
• Use course materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Not share account access with unauthorized individuals

3.3 Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices to access our online learning platform.

4.1 Course Materials

All course content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of High5 Education or our licensed partners. Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Students may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share course materials with third parties
• Record tutoring sessions without explicit permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our educational methodologies

5.1 Educational Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes or academic improvements. Student success depends on various factors including effort, engagement, and individual circumstances.

5.2 Technical Issues

We are not liable for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or platform downtime that may temporarily affect access to our services. We will work diligently to resolve any technical issues promptly.

5.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course or service in question.

6.1 Student Termination

Students may terminate their enrollment at any time, subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 2.3.

6.2 Company Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment of fees.
